They seemed like a reputable company I went and got my tint with them. I got the ceramic tint and in less than 5 months it started to bubble peal and get sun cracks. I called to have them honor my warranty and they told me no because they’re under β€œnew ownership”. Yet their website still says they do window tint and offer the ceramic. They told me to call the maker of the tint and just file it through them so that they can honor it or go to any other tint shop that carries the ceramic brand I got so they can do it. I’ve had better work done by the hole in the wall tint shops than this β€œcredible business”. If you all are looking for tint don’t go to pro audio.

I took my car here one Oct. 8, 2022 after a 7 month deployment in Europe. The manager displayed, by far, the most unprofessional and THE worst customer service that I have ever experienced from any industry. This was my experience….The manager, another one of his employee, and myself witnessed the employee that worked on my car, scraped the front carbon fiber lip on my car while reversing it out of their shop. All three of us witnessed this employee damaging my front lip from underneath. It scraped so hard that it left scraped mark on the driveway concrete. The manager then told that particular employee to get out the car so I can back it out my self. So I did, without causing any further damage. I parked my vehicle, and I spoke to the manager about the situation that happened and what he could do to repair the damage that was caused to my car. He pretended that no damage occurred to my car since he cannot see any damage from the top view, without looking under the lip. He also pretended that he did not see his employee scraped the lip of my car when he was right next to me when it was happening. Some of the carbon fiber weave of the lip can be seen dangling from underneath t

They do their job alright and are slightly overpriced. Employees get mad if you think they did something wrong or suggest something. (Edit) After taking in once already the problem was not fixed at all, hopefully this 2nd visit will be my last one. Good quality merchandise but seems like poor installment.

A little over priced. But the tint job is decent. Recommend you clean your door panels after since they leave water/soap streaks after the installation. The tech could easily avoid this by setting a towel on the door panel. Or wiping down after he is done.

Finding a place to tint your vehicle’s windows in El Paso is like finding a chick at EPTX club, they’re all over the place. So if your like me and don’t want just any lady then go to Pro Audio on Dyer in the North East. I went with the high end ceramic tint with lifetime nationwide warranty. They put 35% on front two windows and 5% aka limo tint on the back three. Doing so cost me $280 and tax free for military and it took just under two hours to do. Highly recommended professional staff and high quality work. Thank you for hooking up my 2013 Infiniti G37 xSedan AWD!
